Viplob Pratik is a well-published poet in Nepali media. Born and raised in Kathmandu, Pratik has penned several hundred poems in Nepali and English including two poem collections: ‘The person kissed by the moon‘ (in English, also translated into Spanish and French) and ‘Nahareko Manchhe’ in Nepali. His novel in Nepali ‘Abijit’ (the unconquered) was published by Book Hill publications in 2017. He is a well-known lyricist. His Nepali song “Haar Raat Sapani Maa” received three nationally acclaimed awards in 2000. His latest Nepali album is called ‘Reminiscence’.
