Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Book Hill International, ordered from the Book Hill International website at www.bookhill.co.uk. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Book Hill International reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Book Hill International uses Paypal as online purchasing system.
Book Hill International accepts payment with any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Book Hill International will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
While ordering online, you will be paying using Paypal. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Book Hill International has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Book Hill International by email at admin@bookhill.co.uk.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Book Hill International website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.
Books ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
Book Hill International will endeavour to deliver purchased book within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (UK). Book Hill International cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
If Book Hill International is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Book Hill International is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Book Hill International is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
